The Rapid Response contract provides the contracting flexibility and responsiveness necessary to ensure that each Government customer’s unique requirements are fulfilled timely in this ever-changing global environment. The BWM/Diggs Team strives to provide Task Execution Plans (“TEPs”) within 7 days of receipt of Requests for Task Execution Plans (“RTEPs” or requests for proposals). The period between the release of a RTEP to the Task Order Award is designed to be accomplished within days, as opposed to months under traditional procurement methods. Our rapid response ensures that the customer’s needs are addressed in a timely manner, in accordance with the spirit and intent of the R2 Task Order contract.
The expedited schedule for the solicitation, proposal, evaluation and award under the R2-3G regime provide Task Order fulfillment, with pre-approved rates, terms and conditions, and technical and cost status reports already determined. And the BWM/Diggs Team has already been qualified so that the customer may rely on us to professionally develop the requirements and prepare the Government’s Statement of Work (SOW). R2 streamlines the Government customer’s procurement activities, thereby maximizing efficiency while reducing costs and shortening project start-up.
