Jerry has been involved in the design and construction of many civil projects. These activities include providing planning, zoning, and design and construction management of commercial, mixed-use and municipal projects. He has over 30 years experience in this area. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in four states and has served as Project Manager on more than 300 projects totaling in excess of $850,000,000. He has provided specialized consulting in water and wastewater projects, including tunnels, plants, pump stations and material disposals.
Jerry currently serves as the director of the Diggs Civil Group and his responsibilities include overall operations and planning for the Civil Group.
Jerry's educational background includes a B.S. in Civil Engineering, an M.S. in Health and Environmental Science and a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering.
